1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the fv777 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all fv777 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active fv777 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Responsible Gaming

fv777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fv777 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fv777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and fv777 arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
